We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. If the product is unused and in its original condition, you are eligible for a return or exchange, even if the packaging has been opened.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in resellable condition

  • Be returned in original packaging (if available)

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, a small fee may be deducted based on actual shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

Need a replacement? No problem. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately for a free exchange. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost and handle the return shipping.

7. Return Shipping

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund promptly.
